I had a lovely time at this hotel, where the comfy bed made it easy for me to work and the clean bathroom had everything I needed. The onsen was a great way to unwind after a long day, and I really liked the relaxing atmosphere. Just a heads-up, there was a small surprise charge at check-in, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

I loved the location of the Green Rich Hotel. Under ten minutes to walk from Kyoto station made everything so convenient. The public bath was an excellent way to unwind after a day of exploring. My room felt spacious and I appreciated the clean facilities. The automated Japanese toilet with heated seat was a nice touch. Staff members were friendly and engaging, always willing to help. However, I faced some issues with slow wi-fi. It struggled at times, making it frustrating when trying to stream shows. I also wished they provided better breakfast options. it didn’t cater much to Western tastes. Overall though, the clean environment and supportive staff made a positive impact on my stay.
